Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas medium.
- 1 serving TruHeight Growth Protein Powder.
- 3 medjool dates pitted.
- 1 cup chopped kale.
- 3 tablespoons dark cocoa powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- 1 cup nut milk of your choice.
- 2 cups unsweetened milk.
Instructions:
- 1 First, place fruit or ice on the bottom of your blender.
- 2 Next, add 1 serving TruHeight® Growth Protein Powder, 3 medjool dates pitted, 1 cup chopped kale.
- 3 Add 3 tablespoons dark cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup nut milk of your choice and 2 cups unsweetened milk.
- 4 Then, put the lid on your blender and blend on high for about a minute or until smooth. If your protein shake isn't blending easily, add a little bit more liquid and continue blending.
- 5 Serve immediately, and enjoy.
