Ingredients:
- 1.5 frozen bananas.
- 1 cup unsweetened milk.
- 1 serving of TruHeight® Growth chocolate protein powder.
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder.
- Pinch of sea salt.
- 1/4 teaspoon pure peppermint extract.
Instructions:
- 1 First, place fruit or ice on the bottom of your blender.
- 2 Next, add TruHeight® Growth Protein Powder and and Cocoa Powder.
- 3 Add in 1 cup of unsweetened milk, a pinch of sea salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pure peppermint extract.
- 4 Then, put the lid on your blender and blend on high for about a minute or until smooth. If your protein shake isn't blending easily, add a little bit more liquid and continue blending.
- 5 Serve immediately, and enjoy.
