Subscription Program Policy:

Automatic Shipments:

By joining TruHeight's subscription program, you agree to receive your ordered product automatically shipped to your provided address at the intervals you choose.

Renewal Intervals:

Your order will renew at 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months intervals, and a new supply corresponding to your chosen duration will be shipped.

Cancellation Option:

The subscription requires a minimum of two (2) cycles of purchase before we can cancel your subscription. The customer can either cancel the order through their Customer Portal or email us at two (2) weeks prior to the next billing cycle to cancel their subscription. Any cancellation request made after two (2) weeks before the next billing period will apply to the following month.

If not canceled, your subscription will automatically renew, and your payment method will be charged, using the same details as your initial purchase.

Pause, or Skip/Reschedule Options:

We understand that flexibility is key. In addition to cancellation, customers have the option to pause or skip/reschedule their subscription deliveries through their Customer Portal. If you prefer assistance or have any questions, our customer service team is available and can be reached at

Domestic Returns Policy:

TruHeight offers its customers a convenient return policy for items that are returned 30 days after receipt of the package.

To request a refund, please be guided of the following steps:

  1. Please send an email to with your Order Number, name and number of item/s you want to return.
  2. TruHeight will process a return label for you to use to return your shipment. Please note that return labels within the US are subject to a charge, and a ten percent (10%) restocking fee will apply to all returned items (except for store credits). Original shipping fee and shipping protection are non-refundable.

  4. Once TruHeight has received the product, the return will be processed within 10-14 business days. The customer will be given the option to receive a cash refund which will be issued within 5-7 business days or a store credit which the customer can use to purchase other items/products from our webstore. 

 Note: No refunds are issued for damaged, opened, or altered product/s.

Domestic Exchange Policy:

Item Exchange Within 30 Days:

We understand that preferences may change, and we are happy to facilitate exchanges. Customers may initiate an exchange for purchased items within 30 days from the delivery date.

Shipping Fee Responsibility:

For exchanges, customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with both returning the original items and receiving the new items.

Store Credit Issuance:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, a store credit will be issued to the customer. The store credit will be equivalent to the total amount of the items being returned, excluding any original shipping fees.

New Order Placement:

Customers can utilize the issued store credit by placing a new order on our website. The customer can use the  unique code provided through email, ensuring the deduction of the store credit from the total order amount.

Price Balance Payment:

Should the new order total exceed the value of the store credit, any price balance must be paid by the customer using their preferred payment method during the checkout process.

Store Credit Policy: 

Customers will receive a store credit equivalent to the value of the purchased items, excluding the shipping protection fee or the original shipping fee. The store credit comes with a six-month expiration period from the date of issuance. If a customer chooses store credit instead of a cash refund, the 10% restocking fee will not be applied. Store credit can be applied in the cases of Customer Return, Exchange Request, or Cancellation Request.

International Returns Policy:

Bundled Orders Policy:

Max height kits and Toddler Essentials kits are bundled orders. Thus, we do not allow individual return of items for a refund. If you think you received a defective or incomplete kit, please reach out to us at and we would be happy to process a replacement for you.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, we will reach out to our fulfillment team and do our best to catch it. If the order has already been processed, you may request to return it as identified above using a return label (within the US).

Please note that return labels within the US are subject to a charge, and a ten percent (10%) restocking fee will apply to all returned items (except in cases where the error is on our part). Original shipping fee and shipping protection are non-refundable. Customers are also given an option to receive a store credit in lieu of cash refund so the customer can still use the amount to purchase other items from the store. 

6 Month Money-Back Guarantee Policy

To be eligible for our 6-month Money-back Guarantee, please ensure that you meet the following requirements:

  1. The user/s of the product/s must be under 18 years of age, and we will need someone of legal age (a parent or any legal guardian) to provide proof of the user’s age (such as an ID with the user’s date of birth).
  2. A physician’s note confirming the user’s height prior to taking our product/s.
  3. A six-month supply, which can be a one-time purchase or consecutive monthly purchases.
  4. A follow-up physician’s note indicating the user’s most recent height measurement six months (6) from the date the user started taking the product.

If, after six months, we find that you haven’t grown by at least one inch, we’ll gladly refund your purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes). Standard processing times are 10-14 business days. To request the guarantee, please include the above requirements and send an email to:
